  • Can I have a product gift wrapped?

    When placing your order, look at the bottom of the page during the Delivery details where we give you the option to gift wrap the product, whenever possible.

    If you are having the product delivered to the recipient, you can choose to have the price removed from product label. Remember that if you choose this option, you cannot pay by cash on delivery.

  • How do I enter a promotional code on the website?

    If you have a promotional code and you want to redeem it, you must do so during the first step of purchasing a product (1.  Basket). You will find the field to enter the code just below your basket summary. Enter it correctly and click “Apply”.

  • If I exchange a product with a gift receipt will I receive a refund?

    If you wish to return an item that you have been gifted, you will only be able to exchange it for another item or a voucher card. You cannot exchange items for cash.

    If you yourself have purchased the product, you can return it or exchange it as normal, under the usual conditions regarding time and payment method.
