  • What is the Store collection/Click&Car service?

    The Store collection/Click&Car service allows you to pick up an online order at your nearest store. You have two Store collection/Click&Car options so you can pick the one that best suits you:

     

    - Store collection / Click&Car: Pick up your order completely FREE at the centre you prefer.

     

    - Pick-up at SuperCor and other locations: For just one Euro, you can collect your shopping at any Supercor store.

  • When should I pick-up my Store collection/Click&Car order?

    We’ll keep you informed via email and SMS (if you prefer) of the status of your order and when you can come collect it from the chosen collection location.

  • Can I reserve a time slot to pick-up my Store collection/Click&Car order?

    You can collect your Click&Collect order from the corresponding Department or at the chosen Shopping List Service point, during the same opening hours as the Shopping Centre. The opening hours of each Shopping Centre may vary, however, most open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Bear in mind that there are some departments or floors within a centre that do not open on Sundays. The 48-hour Delivery period does not apply in these cases except for home deliveries. Nevertheless, we suggest you check the opening hours of each centre here.

    At Correos the hours may vary. After creating the order and selecting the collection point, the opening hours and days will appear.

  • Where do I pick up my Store collection/Click&Car order at a store?

    You can choose to pick your order up at the relevant department/floor or at the Store collection or Click&Car point (shopping list service) available at each centre.

    If the order contains products from different product families (for example, a T-shirt and a DVD), we’ll bring them to the collection point so that you can avoid the trouble of going to each section separately.

  • What steps do I need to follow to pick up my Store collection/Click&Car order?

    If the product you wish to purchase offers the Store collection/Click&Car option you'll see this indicated as a highlighted service on the product itself and also during the first step of the purchase process.

    Step 1

    You have two Store collection/Click&Car options so you can pick the one that best suits you:

    - Store collection / Click&Car: Pick up your order completely FREE at the centre you prefer.

    - Pick-up at SuperCor and other locations: For just one Euro, you can collect your shopping at any Supercor store.

    Step 2

    Once you have selected your preferred option, process your order and select one of the collection centres available.

    Step 3

    We’ll keep you informed via email and SMS (if you prefer) of the status of your order and when you can come collect it from the chosen collection location.
