  • What is the In-Store Pickup service?

    With the In-Store Pickup service, you can collect an online order at the store that is most convenient for you. When the product you want to buy has the In-Store Pickup option, you will see it indicated as a highlighted service in the product itself, as well as in the first step of the purchase process.

    You have 2 In-Store Pickup options available to choose the one that suits you best:

    - In-Store Pickup: Collect your order absolutely FREE at the center of your choice.

    - Pickup at Supercor and other points: For just €1, you can collect your order at any Supercor store.

  • At what time can I collect my In-Store Pickup order?

    You can collect your In-Store Pickup order in the corresponding Department or at the point of your choosing at any time during the store’s opening hours. Hours for each store vary, but they most commonly open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Saturday and from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on Sundays. Remember that some departments or floors in the store may not open on Sundays and 48-hour Delivery will not apply in that case, only home delivery. In any case, we recommend that you check the opening hours of each center here.

    Hours may vary at the Correos post offices. When you place the order and select the pickup point, the opening hours and days are shown.

  • Where do I collect my In-Store Pickup order?

    You can collect your order in the corresponding department/floor or at the In-Store Pickup points in each store.

    If the order includes products from different families (a T-shirt and a DVD, for example), we will have them together at the pickup point so you don’t have to go to each department, avoiding possible inconveniences.

  • What documentation do I need to show to collect my In-Store Pickup order?

    To collect your In-Store Pickup order, simply show your ID and the pickup email for your order that we sent to the email address selected to collect your purchase.

    You have 7 calendar days to collect In-Store Pickup orders from the date of the email notification indicating that it is ready.

  • What happens if I do not collect an In-Store Pickup order within the allotted time?

    If you do not collect the order within the allotted time, which is 7 days from the date of the email, it will be returned to our warehouses, and you will be reimbursed by the selected payment method once it has been received.

  • Why can't I choose In-Store Pickup when making the purchase?

    You might only be able to choose the home delivery option during the purchase process. This happens when the stores are out of stock and the service is provided from our warehouses.
