Gift vouchers are bearer documents and the responsibility for their use is exclusively that of the owner. 

Gift vouchers have no expiry date. The initial value of a gift voucher is the initial top-up in euros and successive purchases in the El Corte Inglés group will be deducted from this amount until it is used up.

Physical cards: 

For a physical buy a physical Gift Card, click here and follow these instructions: 

• Select the design of the card
• Indicate the amount you’d like to give (between 10 and 500 euros. You can purchase up to 20 cards per order up to a maximum amount of 1,500 euros)
• Indicate the number of cards you’d like to purchase
• Click purchase

When processing the order, you can write a personal message to the person who is going to receive the Gift Card.  

Virtual cards: (Service Not Available)

To buy a virtual Gift Card, click here and follow the instructions:

• Select the design of the card
• Indicate the amount, between 10 and 500 euros
• Fill in the details of the person you want to gift the card
• Include a message
• Select the day and time you want them to receive it
• Click “add to basket”

The virtual gift card will be sent by email to the address indicated, on the day and at the time selected. 

Physical cards: 

The El Corte Inglés physical Gift Card can only be sent to destinations in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. If you would like to send multiple Gift Cards to different addresses, you must make a separate purchase for each card.

Virtual cards: 

The El Corte Inglés virtual Gift Card is sent by email to any valid email address. It you want to send several virtual gift cards, you must purchase them individually.

Physical cards: 

The El Corte Inglés physical Gift Card will arrive at its destination in just 48 hours. 

The delivery frequency of courier companies in some areas may vary, causing slight delays. 

The delivery time will begin on the day following the placement of the order, not including Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. The second delivery attempt due to absence of the recipient shall be excluded from the 48-hour time period. 

Virtual cards: 

The El Corte Inglés virtual Gift Card is sent by email to any valid email address. The recipient will receive it on the day and at the time selected when placing the order.

There are several types of Gift Cards:

Physical cards: 

   Card with PIN, without a printed amount: The amount on this card is not printed; as such, you can top up the card as much as you like. The PIN is concealed on the back and must be scratched off.

    Card with PIN and a printed amount: Both the amount and PIN are printed on the card and the card can be topped up.

Virtual cards (Service not available)

Virtual card with PIN: Includes a numeric code with a QR code received by email and a PIN number sent by SMS to the mobile selected. 

Physical and Virtual Gift Cards can be topped up. 

To top up a Gift Card online, check if you have the PIN printed on the Physical Gift Card or PIN sent by email for the Virtual Gift Card. 

To top up a Gift Card, enter its number and PIN on the topuptab on this page. Bear in mind that you must be registered to carry out this process. 

Enter the necessary details and your card will have the corresponding higher balance. The minimum amount you can add per card per day is €10, and the maximum is €50.  The maximum balance, including the reloaded amount, cannot exceed €50 on each card. 

You can add balance to your gift card using a credit or debit card or your El Corte Inglés Card (in this case you must have the PIN for the card).
