• Refrigerators

  We change the opening direction of the refrigerator door upon request, when placing the order, for brands and models that indicate this feature on the product page. This service only costs €15 if you place the order on our website.

  We do not plug in the refrigerators during delivery because it is important to wait some time before turning them on. This type of household appliance contains special liquids and gases that, having been moving around the delivery process, need to stabilise and wait some time before the appliance is turned on to ensure its correct functioning.

• Side-by-side refrigerators featuring water/ice dispenser with water connection

  After the order is delivered to your home, a technician will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to connect and inspect the proper functioning of the side-by-side refrigerator featuring water/ice dispenser with water connection.

  In order to make this connection and perform its subsequent inspection, your home must be adequately equipped for this type of installation (for example, an electrical socket close to the refrigerator) and must have a water connection behind the refrigerator to feed the water and ice dispenser.
