To exercise the right to a guarantee, you must submit the sales document.
If you provided an email when placing your order, this document will be any of the emails informing you that the order is in the process of being shipped or has been delivery or collected. The subject of these emails includes “Sales document”. If you did not provide an email when placing your order, the sales document will have been delivered with the order. In any case, if you cannot find it or have lost it, call the above telephone numbers so we can provide you with it.
With respect to product guarantee, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November establishes a legal guarantee for goods of a durable nature for two years from their date of or delivery. The consumer and user must inform the vendor of the non-compliance within two months of becoming aware of it.
The guarantee does not include defects caused by negligence, blows, improper use or handling, excessive stress, incorrect installation from a non-authorised Technician, nor materials deteriorated as a result of normal wear.
As for computer items, the guarantee shall not cover the removal of viruses, the resulting restoration of programs or the re-installation of the hard drive that has been erased.
In those situations where the guarantee is applicable, the item will be repaired, substituted, discounted or returned, as per the established legal guidelines.
