To see the status of your orders, log in and, in the “PURCHASES” section, click on the “orders” link, where you will be able to check the status of your order: received, in transit, delivered, in preparation, etc.
If there is no order information available immediately after having placed it, don’t worry. It can sometimes take a few minutes to appear.
If your order has not arrived and the approximate delivery period has passed, look in your email to see if any messages have been sent to you informing you of an incident with your order. Also, check your spam folder just in case a message has been filtered into it.
If you have not received any notification, call 900 474 656 from a landline or 901 464 656 from a mobile or send an email to clientes.alimentación@hipercor.es and we will resolve the issue.
To cancel your order you must go to My orders, which you will find right below the product search bar on the website.
