  • How much are delivery charges?

    Preparation and delivery charges vary depending on the monetary amount:

    • Free on orders over €120 or over €100 with the El Corte Inglés Card.
    • €8 on orders under €120 or under €100 with the El Corte Inglés Card in Madrid, Santander, Zaragoza, Málaga, Valencia, Sevilla, Barcelona y Las Palmas.
    • €6 on orders under €120 or under €100 with the El Corte Inglés Card in Badajoz, Elche, Guadalajara, Córdoba, Almería, Cádiz, Algeciras, Jerez de la Frontera, Huelva, Granada, Murcia, Oviedo, Avilés, Gijón, A Coruña, Santiago, Burgos y Valladolid.

    The products offered in this service are aimed at end consumers under the terms and conditions provided for in the Spanish Retail Trade Act (Ley de Comercio Minorista). In this sense, any purchase request beyond the parameters of an average consumer and/or large-scale order from a single buyer and/or recipient may not be fulfilled.

  • Are there any special delivery charges for large orders of water?

    If you order more than 99 litres of water you will be charged a special delivery charge.

    This exception only affects delivery (not Click&Car pick up):

    • The maximum quantity of water with no extra delivery charge is 99 litres (in total, regardless of the type of water purchased by the customer: large bottles, 1.5 l bottles, small 33 cl bottles or a combination of all sizes).
    • For a purchase of over 99 litres you will be charged €8
    • Delivery charges will increase by €2 for every additional 18 litres purchased
    • For logistical reasons, you cannot purchase over 480 l

    You will see an initial message when you exceed 99 litres, indicating the terms of the extra delivery charges.

    When you try to add more than 480 litres to the basket you will see a message indicating the limit, and your basket will be adjusted.

  • Will my order arrive in perfect condition even if it is delivered to me last minute?

    Don’t worry. Once you have placed the order, we will carefully package each product and deliver it in refrigerated trucks. This guarantees that the cold chain is never broken.

  • How do I change the delivery address?

    You can change the delivery address for your order at any point during the purchase process. Click on the link Billing address at the top of the page, in the basket summary or during the order Checkout process.

    If you have processed the order and need to change the delivery details, don’t worry. Call our Customer Service Telephone number 900 494 092 from a landline or 901 555 092 from a mobile, and we’ll take care of you.
