You can consult the available delivery times and dates in your area by clicking Delivery time at the top of the webpage, in your basket or during the Checkout stage of your order.
Delivery hours tend to begin at 9:00 am and finish at 10:00 pm. Bear in mind that these times may vary depending on the day and the delivery area.
You can change the delivery address for your order at any point during the purchase process. Click on the link Billing address at the top of the page, in the basket summary or during the order Checkout process.
If you have processed the order and need to change the delivery details, don’t worry. Call our Customer Service Telephone number 900 494 092 from a landline or 901 555 092 from a mobile, and we’ll take care of you.
You can choose the date and time slot that you want your order to be delivered, as long as it is available and not fully booked.
Just click Delivery time at the top of the webpage. Next, a table will open showing the available time slots for delivery in your area. Choose the one you want and click reserve.
If you prefer, you can reserve the time slot in your basket or during Checkout.
Time slots are reserved for one hour. Once this time has elapsed, you can renew it for another hour as long as that time slot is not full.
You can see how many minutes are left in your reservation during the purchasing process by looking at the top of the page.
