To add products to the shopping basket, simply select the item quantity you want (or the weight of fresh products in grams) and click the Add to basket button located on the product entry. Whenever you like, you can view and edit the items you have added to the cart by clicking the green basket button. When you have finished, click View/process order to begin the Checkout process.
Make your purchase in six convenient steps.
Delivery date and time: Reserve the delivery or collection time of your choice by clicking Delivery time at the top of the webpage. You can also reserve the time directly from the basket or during Checkout.
Basket: We offer several features to make your purchase more convenient (quick list, frequent products, my lists, etc.). You can add products of your choice to your basket using these features or search for them and add them by clicking Start Shopping. At the top of the webpage you can see a summary of your basket. Finish by clicking View/process order. You will access the list of items you have added to the basket. You can select the quantity and substitution criteria here, if necessary. If you agree, click Process order.
Checkout: : From this point onwards, all transactions will be carried out using a secure connection that guarantees data confidentiality. This step will show a summary of your purchase and total amount, including delivery charges. You can also review and modify your personal details, address and the selected delivery date and time. You must enter your El Corte Inglés Card number on this same page, if you plan to pay with it, and any promotional codes you wish to redeem. Please indicate if you would like an invoice. To pay, click Continue.
Payment: During this step you will see all the payment options. Choose your preferred option: bank card, PayPal or cash on delivery. Once you have entered the details, click Pay for purchase.
Confirmation: : You have now made your purchase! This page confirms that the order has been processed correctly, shows your registration number (keep this number for any claims), a summary of the purchased products, a customer service telephone number and an option for printing your order. We will also send this information to your email address.
Any problems completing the purchase may be due to your browser version or settings. Our websites are compatible with the latest versions of browsers that are automatically updated (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox), and with Internet Explorer 11. If using Safari, the compatible version is 12.
We also recommend you check if the issues are occurring because your browser is configured with the “High” security level option. Go to the Internet Options window under network administrator, security tab, and change it to “Medium”.
